Booking & Cancellation Policy
Booking and Cancellation Policy:
Please read the Booking and Cancellation Policy carefully before enrolling on any of the Courses/Classes/Workshops.
Booking Conditions:
The full amount is payable at the time of booking the Course/Class/Workshop. Spaces are limited on all of the Courses, therefore please check availability before sending in payment. Receipt of payment secures the place of a client on the Course. If 10 days elapse from the time of the booking, and no payment has been received, the space will automatically be offered to other clients who are on the waiting list.
Partnerships:
Once a client has enrolled on to a Cherubs Course/Workshop a contract has been formed with Cherubs Baby Health and Wellbeing. In order to provide a first class service, Cherubs Baby Health and Wellbeing works in partnership with other organisations. Therefore all requested refunds are subject to debate and the outcome is based upon a group agreement.
Cancellation Policy:
Written notice of cancellation of a place on a scheduled Course/Workshop is required by all clients. Notice can be made via email or letter. An email or letter of acknowledgement will be sent in response from Cherubs Baby Health and Wellbeing. This email/letter will contain the relevant information with regards to any entitlement to a Refund. An administration fee of £10 applies to all cancellations where refunds are apportioned.
If a client cancels a pre-booked Course/Class/Workshop, then a cancellation fee will apply. Refunds are based on a 'sliding scale' basis and are as follows:-
28 days notice = 100% refund given
21-27 days notice = 75% refund given
14-20 days notice = 50% refund given
8-13 days notice = 25% refund given
7 days or less = no refund given
Any balance owed to the client will be refunded either by manual cheque or via an on-line banking payment system. The client will, however, be given the option of transferring on to a similar Course/Class/Workshop, with any additional costs being met by the client.
Withdrawing from a Course during its term is classed as a 'cancellation' and therefore no refund will be offered to the client.
If a client wishes to withdraw from a Course during its term and transfer on to another Course for the remaining weeks, this is classed as a 'cancellation' and therefore no refund is offered to the client. The client will be required to pay the full cost of the Course they transfer on to, however it may not be possible to transfer if the particular Course required is fully subscribed.
Should the Course/Class/Workshop be cancelled by Cherubs (for whatever reason), the client will be given the option of transferring on to another similar Course/Class/Workshop at no extra cost. If, however, this is not suitable, a full refund will be offered.
